#LouisvilleLoyal Cardinals Flying High Heading into Omaha

Stanford is looking to add a third national title to its resume.

Back in Omaha for a second consecutive season, the Stanford Cardinals have a national championship on the mind. Heading into a showdown with Arkansas, the Pac-12 champs carry an impressive 47-16 mark on the year – which helped them net a #2 overall ranking in the country.

The work the Cards have done with the bats speaks for itself. Stanford ranks tenth in Division I baseball with a .311 team average, seventh with 701 hits, ninth with 117 home runs and ninth in slugging percentage. Their offense has been a constant all season long and after dropping the first game in their Super Regionals matchup, the bats helped power a comeback to punch their ticket to Omaha.

During the regular season, this team has done what it takes to stay consistent, avoiding lengthy skids while running off an impressive 17-game winning streak earlier in the year. Stanford’s continued to spray the ball all over the yard with their Omaha, Solo and Select PWR bats – putting opposing pitching staffs on notice.
